We take every measure possible to ensure that your order arrives at its destination in perfect condition. All meats are individually shrink-wrapped, then frozen fresh to lock in all the natural juices, tenderness and flavor. The meats are packed in a reusable
polystyrene container with enough dry ice to ensure safe delivery. Finally, the container is then placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box for an additional layer of protection and shipped via FedEx directly to your door.
Delivery service is normally 2 days, plus 1 day for processing for a total of 3 business days. Most shipments will arrive at their destination on Wednesday or Friday depending on the day and time that the order was placed. Delivery charges are determined at
checkout based on the total weight of the order sent to a single delivery address.
Important: All shipments require a street address (no PO Boxes). Damage due to incorrect or incomplete addresses voids our guarantee. Please check all addresses carefully.
Your order will be packed in a gift box within a reusable, insulated cooler with dry ice. This will insure your products to arrive frozen and in excellent condition.
Specifically, your delivery consists of these items:
Corrugated Box- for external layer of protection to assure that your order is delivered in perfect condition.
Set of 10 Rancher's Reserve Recipe Cardsand if applicable, a Gift Card with Envelope, all protected in a plastic envelope to prevent moisture on your complimentary gifts.
Cooler- which is reusable and insulated with sufficient dry ice to maintain the freezing temperature for the packaged meat products.
Rancher's Reserve® LabelBrown Box - as the packaging box for your ordered meats. The meats are individually shrink-wrapped and frozen fresh to preserve the natural flavor. We can ship your order to you and deliver your
gift packages for you. When you place an order, you will have the option to select multiple shipping addresses for your recipients.

Once you've received an order confirmation, your package will arrive within 5 business days.
Expedited Delivery
This service is ONLY available for orders placed on Monday through Wednesday before 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). Your package is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days.
