We specialize in producing
the finest natural prime Wagyu meat in the world for the
discerning consumer
at below wholesale prices, and take great pride in the quality of our meat
produced by the combination of natural methods in concert with world class
genetics from top marbling Wagyu blood lines. We believe that flavor and
tenderness should be achieved by sophisticated natural breeding and feeding
practices rather than over aging to break down tissues and add artificial
flavor. Our meat is dry aged for just 12 days then cut, shrink wrapped in clear
plastic, and flash frozen to seal in the natural juices and flavor.
Our Kobe style beef is
sold at well below wholesale prices by bypassing the
middle men entirely, and by
selling direct from the ranch to the gourmet consumer and home chef in minimum
quantities of one quarter of a whole Kobe style Wagyu beef. Our meat is
processed at a U.S.D.A. approved facility, U.S.D.A. inspected, and U.S.D.A.
graded. Each quarter is generic which means that cuts from each quarter are
distributed equally into four generic quarters. Steaks are cut standard at one
and one half inches thick for optimum juiciness when grilling.
A
full Kobe style beef quarter will weigh in the range of 125 to 150 lbs and consists of an
assortment of cuts such as steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef and stew meat. See

anywhere in the state of Michigan. Shipping to other states will be
quoted upon request.
